The laboratory (μFos lab.) was set up in February 2009.Since the modern optical devices are required for minzaturization,the μFos lab. members are mainly directed to expolre design and manufacture of Microfluidic Optics Systems Micro droplets are extensively applied for conductive lines,color filters,evaporative cooling,and those technologies related tith micro-manufacturing,and those technologies related with Micro/Nano-Opto-Electro-Mechanical systems and processes.Current research area of intersts are.

 

1.Inkjet printing (IJP) technology:

         Inkjet printing (IJP) technology is implemented in research on micro droplets,phase-change heat transfer,inkjet forming process, polymers, nano metal materials,printed optical components and those applications of advanced opto-electronic engineering.

 

2.Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) technology:

        Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) technology is carried out to fabricate and assemble micro components through self-formation technique,micro optofluidic chip design and fabrication for emerging topics in combination of science and engineering.
