The course as one of microsystem technique series is aimed to provide students with the design principles and knowledge about micro-manufacturing technology and micro transducers,which are able further to be applied in design of microsystem engineering such as sensing or actuating topics.

Based on geometry and mechanical components,it includes geometric and dimensional design of various types of mechanical parts,and practices of AutoCAD for applications of engineering drawing such as parts and assembly drawing,etc.
